I’ve tried this ice cream maker attachment a few times with my KitchenAid and it works pretty well for making dairy-free soft serve from frozen fruit. It’s nice that you don’t have to add sugar or cream, so it feels healthier. Cleaning is easy since all the parts go in the dishwasher. It’s straightforward to use, though you do have to plan ahead and freeze the fruit for a while. Overall, it’s a handy tool if you want a quick, natural frozen treat without dairy.

Okay so they give you recipes, which are more complicated than what I did, which is throw a bunch of frozen blueberries and blackberries through the tube.. What I learned by doing that is that a LITTLE sugar goes a long way, and if you're just throwing fruit through the machine you will want to do two passes, because it turns out a little under processed after one.

That being said, it was DELICIOUS and perfect, and much faster and less messy than making a sorbet or ice cream in the ice cream maker. I'm SUPER excited about what else I can make with this!

This KitchenAid mixer add-on works as advertised, and overall, I think it is pretty good. The question is whether it's worth the space it takes up. We already have a good blender, so we can make frozen berry and fruit desserts with that. What this device adds for us is the shape of soft serve ice cream. And actually, that is fun.

The design of this item is smart. It is easy to take a part and reassemble which makes cleaning it very easy. It comes with an adequate manual that has a bunch of recipes you can follow if you don't have your own. The main thing you need to know is that you need semifrozen fruit chunks or berries to run through the machine. After that, the sky is the limit.

I used about one large banana and three large strawberries worth of sliced fruits, let it all sit for about 10 minutes to thaw, then ran it all through the machine. I was blown away at the result. My first picture is of the mixture straight from the machine and the second picture is after I mixed in a couple spoonfuls of vanilla yogurt. The end result was excellent, definitely hit that ice cream craving without all the added sugar. Yes, I know there are sugars in the fruits and probably some in the yogurt as well but most of it is at least natural as opposed to added. Cleanup afterward was a breeze, just disassemble and give it a quick rinse. This one's a definite keeper.

This Stainless Steel Cabbage Shredder & Vegetable Chopper is a fantastic addition to my kitchen! The 3-in-1 handheld slicer is incredibly efficient, especially for quickly chopping lettuce, making it perfect for coleslaw, sauerkraut, and salads. The blades are impressively sharp, and the ergonomic grip makes it comfortable to use. Considering it's a 2-pack at a great price, it offers excellent value. My only wish is that it came with a cover for the sharp blades for safer storage, but despite that, it's a highly recommended tool for any home cook!
