[REVIEW REMARKS]
Although, this was relatively easy to create, it was not without some challenging spots during the build.
There are moments when you are not sure you did the build right, and then with a little finessing and fussing, it comes together.
I like that the final work is a hangable piece of art. This is going in my office on the wall when we finish the reno.
This was an enjoyable brick puzzle suitable for any space lover, who also enjoys plastic bricks and puzzles.
Instructions included are not difficult to follow, but building in some spots of the process were a bit challenging.
Excellent for teens and adults, not so much for younger builders.
Recommended.

4 out of 5 stars
It's a great kit to do with your kids, or by yourself. It has some extra pieces though.
I think this building kit is nice, and easy to do. I¡¯ve been doing it with my niece, and she seems to love doing this. It gave her a real sense of accomplishment when she was actually able to make something. She also likes space, so this is kind of a double whammy. The pieces can be a little tricky for her though, so I¡¯d keep that in mind as it can¡¯t really be a give it to them and forget it. Here¡¯s what I think I like about the kit: -It¡¯s a 3d set -It looks nice -The instructions are very easy to follow. Just like the genuine Lego sets And here¡¯s what I don¡¯t really like about it: -it doesn¡¯t really snap together as well as real Lego -Some extra pieces come with the kit The biggest complaint I have is how the pieces fit together. Some of the pieces are really not that great in terms of fit. Some wiggle around, while others have a really hard time getting put on other pieces. It¡¯s not a huge deal, but when you¡¯re comparing it to the best of the best, it just doesn¡¯t feel that great to put together. The other thing I didn¡¯t like is that it came with extra pieces. That were not mentioned in the instruction book or anywhere really. It made me think that I did something wrong, and made me double check basically everything. Overall though, I think it¡¯s a good kit. If it¡¯s for a kid, they really don¡¯t care that much anyways, and I think as long as they like space, they¡¯ll like the kit. It also gives them something to say that they did, and gives them some sense of accomplishment. Currently it¡¯s $40, which I do think is a little steep for a knock off set.

- Reviewed in Canada on October 14, 2024This product is ADORABLE and amazing and so many dark on dark pieces!
Putting this together, I only had one issue, which was keeping the planet together while I clicked it into place. It falls apart pretty easily until it's seated, so trying to hold it together from all directions was a fun challenge. Once together though, there were no issues, and once the "ring" was seated, it helps hold it together as well!
I love the 3D look it has, it's super cool to have propped up in my home! It has parts to help hang it on a wall but I prefer it on a slightly tilted stand, so I'm not sure how well those parts stay.
Overall, a good piece. Nice and textured and pretty!
- Reviewed in Canada on November 15, 2024Verified PurchaseJust purchased as the visual design is striking and it is unique in the buildable space themed products. However the assembly process was incredibly frustrating! The base is fine but the globe and rings of Saturn took several extra hours of finessing to get the parts to stay together. That was in part due to poor construction design with few connections to base, as well as shoddy piece connections. I am an experienced adult Lego builder and this was the first time I have used scotch tape on the underside of a set to hold it together. Would not buy again and would hesitate to obtain another set from this company.

Pour:
(+) Beau r¨¦sultat final
(+) S'harmonise merveilleusement bien avec le set lego idea 21340 tales of the space age
(+) Instructions couleurs faciles ¨¤ suivre
Contre:
- Reviewed in Canada on November 17, 2024At first I was really happy with this set. The base was coming along. Smoothly and parts were fitting relatively easily. While I started to create the planet, Saturn, however, pieces started not really fitting in tightly, and I had to hold both hands while building to prevent it from breaking apart. Then it got incredibly frustrating. Trying to centre the planet onto the base was just not happening followed instructions to a T try to jiggle the pieces a little bit. There was just nothing going. I ended up finishing it using some double-sided tape just because I wanted to see what the final product look like, but this was not a pleasant build from that point on as pieces were just not fitting in properly anymore. Had a lot of potential that the fitting was just off as soon as you got to the planet. There¡¯s a reason the namebrand version of these building block sets tend to cost more as they go through a lot of testing whereas it seems very clear that these weren¡¯t test build prior.
- Reviewed in Canada on October 8, 2024It's a bit tricky in spots, but otherwise no trouble. I've been looking to see if I could find any support from the manufacturer, but nothing so far. If you do have damaged or missing parts, you can always buy replacements from online Lego dealers. Try brickowl dot com; they're world-wide and have nearly anything you can imagine.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very pretty and easy to build
Verified PurchaseI was pleasantly surprised at how good the instructions were. Only had a couple of spots where I made mistakes and had to undo something. It's a very striking final art

1.0 out of 5 stars Terrible kit
Verified PurchaseThis set is very flimsy. It will not stay together in the virtical position. The "planet" falls apart and comes off of the back as soon as you try to move it. Very unsatisfied, bad design.
