This set frankly looks amazing, and for 4000 pieces the price point is amazing. The build contains many little features and details such as the aqueducts, buildings, and statues all around the build. You can even combine two sets to complete a full Colosseum.
The building of the set is extremely challenging, repetitive, and hard on the fingers. Many blocks have a very tight fit meaning you need to press hard, and a small amount of blocks have a loose fit, so you might need to play around with different pieces of the same type. The set comes in 5 stages with each stage having multiple bags. What pieces are in each bag is quite random so while building you are constantly looking for where the piece is. Ideally this build could be in 7+ stages. The instructions are pretty clear in color. Finally, the Colosseum part of the build is extremely repetitive with some sections you needing to do 10+ times, though no real way around that since the build is pretty uniform.
Well worth the effort though, just make sure you have a large space to layout all the pieces so you don't lose any.
