How can I check if my door is compatible with this smart lock?

Your door is compatible if it has a backset of 2 3/8" or 2 3/4", a thickness of 1 3/8" to 2 11/64", and a hole diameter of 2 1/8".
What should I do if the lock keeps beeping during installation or use?

Please first confirm door compatibility, ensure the deadbolt is installed straight and level, and make sure the strike plate is properly aligned and installed, as misalignment can trigger the alarm.
Why can't I use Home Key to unlock the door?

Please make sure your lock is connected to a HomeKit hub—Home Key won’t work if it's connected via Matter or another platform due to Apple’s limitations.
