    I was disappointed with the 1st machine as one of the channel would shut off on its own after about 3-5 minutes of use. Only the 2nd channel would work. I was going to return the product when 鶹 bot suggested I contact the seller.
    The seller responded within 3 hours after my initial complain email and send me a replacement unit on the same day. I got the unit 3 days later and the 2nd unit works like a charm.
    I like the unit to be small but with a large display and also rechargeable with USB-C and came with 16 pads of various sizes.
    I would recommend this product and the after sales service is stellar (5 stars).

    Item arrived early and could be used straight away as there was enough charge. A lot of different size pads for different parts of your body which is very useful. Pads are extremely sticky so care is needed when handing them so they don’t stick to your fingers. It’s easier to attach leads before you put the pads on your body. Plugging in is easy and setting to the program you require easy, then the timer and finally the intensity. The TENS program works wonders on aches and injuries, the EMS program is good but I haven’t used it much. The massage program relieves after exercise or using the TENS. I would highly recommend as we all need one of these at some point of our life’s and the price is good value for money. It’s small enough to carry around in you’re pocket and stays charged for at least 6 uses.

    After reading the reviews I was a bit worried about ordering, but for the price I thought I'd give it a go. I'm so glad I did. It's an excellent buy. I think some of the reviewers didn't read the instructions on how to use timer and power saving shut off. Also when you change the program the intensity goes back to zero each time.
    I bought it for pain relief mainly, but have started using the EMS and massage as well.
    It holds its charge really well. I use it on different areas on my body and it still fully charged. Having the two channels is a great time saver.
    There's a guide in the instructions for placement and which modes to use in those areas.
    So far it's helped a lot with the pain relief and I'll update you when I get my six pack 🤣
