This was working great for around 5 months. I had one 32" and two 27" monitors attached to it. In the last month I noticed all of the monitors started very slowly tilting downward. Then one day I went to plug in a DisplayPort cable in the back of one of the monitors, and they all just gave up at that point. All tilted down as far as they could go. I tightened every single connection including under the desk as tight as possible. Still happening. Now it can't hold up a single one.

Edit - after a few days of posting this: I had someone much stronger than I take a look, and there was one screw behind the main vertical post that he was able to tighten more. Now it's back to working as it should! Just be aware that the screws do loosen over time and need to be re-tightened, possibly with a lot of force.
