I needed to get two monitors off my desk, but I had serious concerns about being able to mount and make this piece of equipment work properly. As usual, I worried too much. The Mount Pro dual monitor wall mount arrived in excellent condition in sturdy packaging. All pieces were securely packaged and well marked. Screws and small pieces included extras for those of us who tend to lose one. It also included two screw lengths and various spacers to accommodate a variety of monitors. The instructions were particularly impressive, printed on a large sheet of paper that did NOT require a magnifying glass to read. For those who tend to ignore instructions and venture out on their own, good luck. I don't recommend doing that.

I found the key to success is careful pre-planning:
1) Read all of the instructions before starting and ensure they are understood.
2) Decide before starting how high the bottom of the monitors need to be from the floor.
3) Loosely assemble all parts and lay them out on a cushioned surface, screens-down, so that the full mount is positioned as desired on the wall. Use this to determine the proper distance between the bottom of the monitors and the top mounting hole in the wall bracket.
4) Make sure you are in the center of the stud and carefully mark the distance from the floor for the top mounting hole. Measure twice, drill once.
5) Read all of the instructions before starting and ensure they are understood. (Yep, that's important!)

This is a well-built, sturdy mount and worth every penny I spent. I would not hesitate to buy it again and highly recommend it to others.
