Now with a larger working area (23.62" x 19.69" x 4.53"), 300W spindle motor, redesigned all metal frame and motion-system. The PROVerXL 6050 Plus CNC Machine is ready for all your projects big or small. Faster and more accurate than ever before.
All new Dual HG-15 Linear Rails and Single Y-axis (T10 Lead Screw) structure is very rigid and greatly improves accuracy and overall strength with quieter operation than before.
Durable aluminum T-track grid extrusions that support the MDF Spoil Boards. Compatible with a wide variety of clamp sets and easily configurable with add-ons with easy maintenance and replacement of individual MDF spoil boards when needed.
The pre-assembled core system reduces setup time. There are just a few installation steps and wiring of electronics before you carve your projects. All NEMA23 stepper motors are equipped with manual jog wheels making it easy to adjust and position your spindle or stock material.
The PROVerXL 6050 Plus includes an extra 65mm spindle holder for future upgrades. Built to be configured for your next project, SainSmart offers a wide variety of accessories you can add, like a Laser Module, Offline Controller, or Dust Shoe (Sold Separately).

New Structure

Rigid Dual Guide Rails, new Single Y-axis Structure, Redesigned X-Z Assembly Structure, and beefy NEMA 23 motors make the PROVerXL 6050 Plus CNC Router Machine a powerhouse stable enough to engrave/mill most of materials, like aluminum, copper, POM, wood, resin, PCB, Nylon, resin, MDF and more. With the large engraving area and added safety features, the PROVerXL 6050 Plus is a cost-effective and efficient choice for starting your small business or improving your DIY crafts.

Easy to Upgrade

The included spindle (DC 24V 300W) can already handle most projects but if you need even more power and speed, the PROVerXL 6050 Plus CNC machine comes with an additional spindle holder.

Upgraded Nema23 Stepper Motor

Compared to other standard NEMA23 motors, the torque of the PROVerXL 6050 Plus’s motors are 3.1NM , twice the power of others with 1.5-2NM. The stepper motor rubber gaskets effectively reduce vibration when the motors are running.

Upgraded Z-axis

The redesigned XZ assembly greatly reduces Z axis wobble issues that are common with other big CNC machines.

Everything you need out of the box, no stripped down kits or add-ons, the Genmitsu PROVerXL 6050 Plus CNC router already includes all of the accessories and components you need, including X, Y, Z axis limit switches, emergency stop switches, speed control, Z-probe and more.

Compact and simple design makes things easy with access wiring ports and frequently-used buttons located on the front of the machine, like emergency stop, motor speed control, reset, pause,and resume.

The control box supports adding a laser engraving module, offline controller and 4th axis rotary attachment (sold separately). More accessories are coming soon.
