We do recommend that you configure HomeKit products in the Meross app first. The Meross app offers the latest firmware updates so that you can use the firmware in a more stable and secure way. Once paired up with Meross app, the devices can be controlled in both Meross and Home app.

Note that HomeKit remote control requires you to install an iPad or Apple TV in your house. Please go to Apple HomeKit website to learn more.

Some users feedback there was NO POWER OUTPUT after it work for a while. Usually it is caused by an overload or short circuit which makes MSS620 blow its fuse to avoid other SERIOUS DAMAGES. Please avoid using high power appliances, such as PUMP, POOL FILTER, MOTOR, etc.

If you are experiencing NO POWER OUTPUT issue, we will glad to help you.
