I received this bottle of 60 capsules Syner Sleep by ATP Lab 09/2024, and they expire 03/2026. Such a nice long expiration date! The dose of this product is just one capsule daily, at or just before bedtime. So this bottle is a two month supply for one person. My partner and I have been taking these capsules at bedtime each night for the past two weeks. The capsules are a standard size, the same as any of my other supplements, and they're smooth and easy to swallow. They don't have any scent or taste, and don't give me any side effects like burping or stomach upset. Obviously everyone is different, but both my partner and myself have been impressed with the efficacy of this product for us. We usually take sleep supplements prior to bed, but switching to this supplement means we only have to take one, because this product has all of the goodies together in one convenient capsule (melatonin, l-theanine, vitamin b6)- plus a few other sleep-friendly things like skullcap, california poppy, and lavender. On the nights that I take this supplement, I fall asleep faster and stay asleep better. I also dream a lot more, which has been pretty awesome! I love the convenience of this product - there is a lot of sleep-friendly goodies packed into each easy-to-take capsule. And at least for myself and my partner, they work really well. I'll buy these again without hesitation.

    I'm usually a fan of ATP's products, however, after consistently taking these for a about 3 weeks I found I woke up even more frequently during the night! I cannot recommend this product, stick to Synermag!

    This seems to be a good sleep supplement, but a bit on the pricey side at around $0.50/capsule. However, I'm sure many people will gladly pay this premium for a good night's sleep. The ingredients seem to focus on Skullcap, L-Theanine and L-Ornithine Amino Acids with some Lavender, and it also includes 10mg of Melatonin which is considered a strong dose but known to have limited effects with ongoing use. I notice that this blend skips the inclusion of Passionflower and Valerian Root which are more typical ingredients used in other sleep supplement formulations.

    I haven't used this product for very long but initial use seems to indicate an effective result, but prolonged effects are still unknown. Given the 10mg of Melatonin, I would expect most people would see immediate benefits from using this product, but given how Melatonin seems to loose its effect after a few days of continual use, it is unknown if perhaps that is where the other ingredients will work their magic to allow the Melatonin to continue being effective. As a reference, most Melatonin-only supplements have an average dose of 3mg or 5mg, so having 10mg in this capsule is considered strong.

    I would recommend people give this formulation a try if they didn't have any good results with other formulations, but the same is true if they don't see ongoing results with this blend. They should look at other blends that include Passionflower and Valerian root which are known to be quite effective, so it is good to have different options available on the market to suit individual needs.
