I purchased this Humidity controler because I was curing salami in a converted fridge. I absolutely love this product because it is highly accurate, very easy to input the controls, and it's literally a program-and-leave-behind product. Inkbird has come a very long way from its original products up until now. I have purchased products from Inkbird from the very beginning, and I have never returned, nor was I ever dissatisfied with any of their products. Not only do I recommend the product, but I highly endorse Inkbird.

    I had some trouble with this unit but I am still using it. The seller sent me a new sensor right away when I started getting sensor errors. This error disables the unit and sounds an alarm until you cycle power. I am not convinced that it was a sensor issue as much as the circuitry not liking driving an inductive load. I hooked the temperature control output to a 120V AC relay coil that I then use to drive 208/120 AC loads. I always use these isolation relays as I don't trust the onboard electronics of these little controllers. This unit would sometimes trip out with a sensor error when the load switched off. Never at any other time...has to be related. I have no schematic to see how these are designed but without that load attached this has NEVER occurred. So I use this as a humidity controller and temperature monitor and I use a separate temperature controller with the isolation relay for temperature control. It has been working for months now. So...does this unit work? Yes it does. And the humidity and temperature accuracy is not bad. I just had issues with it...maybe you won't. It is well built and excellent value for the price.

    This product works well once you've got it figured out, but the instruction sheet is an amateurish translation from some foreign language and very difficult to understand. I've used this controller for two years now to cycle a small humidifier on and off in response to the room humidity level and it does well at that, but the instructions need to be rewritten for clarity for English speakers.
