    Tried this product this past summer and was pretty amazed at the outcome. Just moved into a home that had been vacant for a year and as such the yard had received zero maintenance. Two rather large ant colonies had taken up residence. Sprayed the yard and within two weeks the ants had vacated. Much more effective than the foaming sprays I had used in the past. Will repeat in the spring for sure!

I therefore had the professional applicator on hand and I watered this product in everyday for a month. There was no discernible reduction in the ant population with this product.

    I was so happy to get these because I had huge grubs eating my strawberrys and bushes and who knows what else. I used them followed the directions and then today, weeks after using them,I found grubs eating my strawberrys! I dug and dug and found more and more. Nematodes are suppose to continue to work for years after applying to the ground. I have used them before and had good results,this time they did not work. Either they were dead when delivered or they were never really in the package I received. I did everything I read so I do not believe it was my fault. They did not need refrigeration the directions said because of the globe they came in but now I doubt that. I did put them in the refrigerator until the next day when I used them . I watered the areas for a week as directed,a waste of money.

    I used these on my house plants that were breeding fungus gnats like crazy. I think it's important to note, however, that I used them in conjunction with yellow sticky traps. The combination of these two things seriously cut down on the number of gnats buzzing around our house. I also did two rounds of nematodes (roughly 7-10 days for each round). With the sticky traps I can clearly SEE the effect, but the nematodes alone are a bit of a crap shoot. Reading others' reviews, I want to point out that the pouches need to be kept relatively cool/room temp and MOIST. So no, if you are using them outdoors I doubt they would be effective. The pouches last no more than 10 days, and you should see the small white balls shrivel up at the end of their life. Unfortunately I repotted one plant and brought a new one in, so I'm having to repeat the process. But yes, I am purchasing these again along with the yellow sticky traps.

    Excellent stuff! Easy to apply and if you can manage keeping the yard wet for a week or so, since it rained. That helped I am sure. I am seeing much fewer ants. They were in certain places around the back yard: around the deck, the greenhouse, the shed and the dog run. The kept moving around and would show their ugly heads after a rain. Only the little black ones are left. It has been a while, maybe a month or more since I put it out. No sign of any ants, except the little black ones the run along the deck. I will make a second application when it is cooler, maybe October. That should get rid of them all. This is great stuff! It really works.

    Doesn't work at all. Maybe I had too many ants - not sure but I didn't see any improvement. I did order it twice because the first time I think the overnight temps dropped below and I wanted to give the product a second chance but it was a fail. It could be they arrived warm because they were overdo by a day but I did apply as directed. I wouldn't order again because of the shipping factor that may have killed them. It's not a lot of work to apply but its under certain weather/temp conditions so it's not terribly convenient to do here in the NorthEast. I'll stick with the Diatomacious Earth - that definitely worked although a lot more work.
