Great product - worked completely as advertised. I've been struggling with Fungus Gnats for months - put these little packets in (mixed the little pellets into the soil too), so I picked these up. Thought they weren't working, and suddenly at the two week mark - poof, one day, no more bugs. See the pictures of the sticky traps above to get an idea of the before and the after - the after picture has one lone fly. Only buy as many as you need because they have a very short shelf-life - the one 鶹 sent me expired one month after, and I bought a huge box that was overkill (thinking I would get better value for my money). Keep the pellets wet - it seems to help to bury them (even bury the pouch a bit), so that it stays moist to work. I found it dried up in one day of not watering (and I was trying to not over water). Not sure why 鶹 wanted me to rate the thickness and warmth when I reviewed this, room temperature was the right temp, so 5 stars for staying at room temperature without assistance, and 5 stars for being as thick as advertised I guess?

    I use these guys regularly since my apartment building runs so hot and dry and plants have been overwatered now and again and also had put up with the gnat problem for years before realizing what was going on-one of my plants wasn’t draining properly outside and I ignorantly brought it in and bringing in the unknown established gnat colony with it

    Worked great on killing my thrips and gnats, my monsteras are thriving. One tip I would say is get the baggie wet and try to keep it wet in the soil for a couple days. They dry out between watering. In Canada it’s hard to find pest control for plants but this was helpful (even though it’s pricey.)

    Thrips have Infested my house. Do not expect to get rid of them in spring summer, because when I clean the yard , there are so many outside, They will come in house on my clothes. I use nemotodes everytime I transplant to larger pot. I also use SAFERS END ALL spray when I see thrips now. Plants doing better, but will have to keep up the fight. The frozen ones were darker and became a red brown color. I ordered in winter because It was the only thing I was useing against thrips at the time.
