    Tapioca starch is not readily available in the stores near me so I was pleased to find it online and at a reasonable price. It's used for thickening eg. sauces, stir frys. ***It's important to note that it says it may also contain peanuts, tree nuts and soy. That generally means that the facility that makes the tapioca starch also makes things with those ingredients in it. That doesn't affect me personally but it may affect you.
