  Quality tapioca starch in a quality stand up storage pouch that will keep it clean and dry indefinitely. Thickens without gelling the sauce when chilled. Great for making gooey sauces that stay gooey and are easily reheated. Reasonable price, especially for this quantity. Recommended.
