  I ordered this specifically and uniquely for the purpose of making tapioca pearls for bubble tea. And it's great! Super silky, super fresh. Unlike some reviews, my bag came completely intact and all its starchy goodness within its plastic confines. If you're looking for something to make boba with, this is a very good option!
