Q1: My switch isn't working in my home circuit.

Please ensure that your home circuit has a neutral wire, as our switch requires it for compatibility. Circuits without a neutral wire are not suitable for our switch.

Q2: The light connected to the switch is flashing unexpectedly.

To address flashing light issues, use one of the three compatibility modes available on the app. Refer to the user manual for specific steps. Note: Our product is not compatible with smart lights or lights with a remote control; using it may cause flashing when adjusting brightness. Additionally, an unstable network may result in flickering lights.

Q3: The switch isn't functioning properly despite the correct wiring.

During the wiring process, tighten the wire cap securely, failure to do so may prevent the switch from receiving power, leading to malfunctions. Please recognize the importance of proper wiring for normal operation. Consult the troubleshooting steps in the user manual for proper installation.

Q4: I can't pair the switch with the app.

Ensure pairing occurs in the 2.4 GHz network frequency band, as our switch doesn't support pairing in the 5 GHz frequency band. The switch must connect to the network within the specified 3-minute pairing time to avoid connection failure. Follow the pairing steps outlined in the user manual for successful integration.
