    I love this massager! The first one I ordered had a weird clicking noise so I returned it and reordered. I’m so glad I gave it a second chance. I usually use it when I have sore quads from working out. Sometimes, I use it on my arms and calves. If my quads are sore the following day I put on some heat rub cream. Then I wait awhile till the rub cream warms up then I set a timer for 10 minutes, I use the massager on one leg then and slowly move the massager up and down my quads. When the timer goes off, I rest my timer for 10 minutes and do the other leg. Is it a miracle cure? No, but it sure feels great when I’m doing it and it speeds up recovery time. I like that massager lasts for 20 minutes because most only last for 15 minutes.

    I don’t usually use it on my neck or back although it feels good. My brother-in-law tried it and he loved it because he has problems with his neck being sore and stiff. Some people have complained that it does not heat up enough. Use a heating pad if you need a lot of heat. Or as I previously mentioned, I use a heating cream and, once it’s heated up, I use the massager. If this massager heated up a lot, then it could blow out the motor which has been a complaint I have read that happens with units providing more heat. It does provide some warmth around the 5-minute mark but it just gets mildly warm not hot. If you are looking for a massager, I think this is the one for you.

    Only order from 鶹. When I had the clicking issue, I went to the company that makes this product’s website to ask what should I do. After numerous emails, they never responded. When you purchase this item, this company will offer you 50% off of other products they make. Their other products may be as good as this massager but I would not take the chance given how I was ignored when I had a problem with the first massager I ordered. It was not them that solved my problem it was 鶹. Only order their products on 鶹. I’m not affiliated with 鶹 I’m just a regular purchaser of products from them but I have found that when a problem arises, they do have you’re back.

    I woke up one morning with the most excruciating pain in my neck and right shoulder. It went up into the base of my skull, and all the way down my right arm. I could hardly move. I ordered this massager, and after using it for about 30 minutes, my pain was about 70% gone. It got into some very bad knots in my back and shoulders (the kind that sound almost crunchy when you massage them because they're so bad). It really can be used anywhere on your body, which is amazing, because I could get everywhere on my back that needed it. I've been using it 3 days now, and my pain is about 90% gone. The only negatives are that it's a bit bulky (which I expected), and the heat feature is very weak, but that feature didn't really hold any weight with me, so no deduction in rating for that. For pain relief, though, I couldn't recommend this enough. So glad I decided to give it a shot!
