The material that encased the massage mechanism ripped but the vendor immediately responded and refunded my money. The product is well made but in my case the zipper tag was missing so that's why it split open. You may buy with confidence. The massager itself operates beautifully! Thank you to the vendor for promptly resolving any issues.
