  I woke up one morning with the most excruciating pain in my neck and right shoulder. It went up into the base of my skull, and all the way down my right arm. I could hardly move. I ordered this massager, and after using it for about 30 minutes, my pain was about 70% gone. It got into some very bad knots in my back and shoulders (the kind that sound almost crunchy when you massage them because they're so bad). It really can be used anywhere on your body, which is amazing, because I could get everywhere on my back that needed it. I've been using it 3 days now, and my pain is about 90% gone. The only negatives are that it's a bit bulky (which I expected), and the heat feature is very weak, but that feature didn't really hold any weight with me, so no deduction in rating for that. For pain relief, though, I couldn't recommend this enough. So glad I decided to give it a shot!
