I had many steam mops mostly Bissell's and h20 mops always had issues usually right after the warrantee expired stops steaming or if i unplug it and plug it into a diff outlet I had to wait a bit to start it up it would not start right away and the pushing back and forth was getting annoying on spots..Ohhh and the pads are so easy to put on and off without burning your fingers taking off the others that wrap around their base. This shark mop is my game changer finally someone made a rotating one like electrolux spot cleaner years ago, very similar I love it and I can unplug it from one outlet to another and not have to wait for it to start up heating up. I wished they made this mop so i could put a floor polish on my floor with it but the instructions says you cannot use it without the steam so that sorta of a bummer. Maybe shark can look into this further and make this a better feature ...Overall I love how it can stand up on its own the other mops always fell over or never did stand on its own. Hope this review helps you ...ps do not use tap water it is hard on them I bought myself a distiller and I use it a lot for many things like my coffee maker my mops my humidifier to me it was worth it and handy I have some always at home for last min use.
