  I ordered this product TWICE. Both times as used but in new condition. The first time I got two uses before it began making an unusual noise. I returned it. It worked so well doing the floors, that I ordered it again. Again, as used in as new condition. This time it arrived damaged. Cracks and stress marks in the plastic. Both orders were to save twenty or thirty dollars. NOT WORTH THE PROBLEMS. It is a joy to use if it stands up to regular occasional household use. I may order it once more but this time...NOT as new to save a couple of dollars. I will order it NEW. (tried to speak with �鶹�� customer service. impossible)
