  I love the spinning heads and the self propel, makes it pretty easy to use and maneuver however it overheats after about a half hour and you have to let it sit considerably before using again. I will be in a cleaning marathon and have to sit and wait for it to cool. I checked out the support online and this apparently is expected... I have yet to call though.
