Tips
-I've found that a 90% dissolve ratio works wonders. Simply mix 4 tablespoons of nonfat dry milk powder with 1 cup of warm " NOT HOT" water, and stir until it's completely dissolved. mixes flawlessly with a handheld whisk, Voila! just add more powder to achieve that rich creamy consistency, more thick= higher powered blender.
