  I use an immersion blender stick to mix 9 tablespoons into 1 litre of water. I don't have to wait for it to reconstitute, although I think the flavour does improve slightly if you let it reconstitute overnight.
  
  I like my milk a bit rich tasting, so I don't follow the directions. Good product. Will buy again and support a Canadian business. Thanks.
