    This is a brilliant light in all senses of the word. It's unique mounting location means I'm not even aware its on my bike, sitting secretly below my Edge computer, yet it's bright flashing pulse is keeping me safe. I road ride in heavy traffic and even during the day in bright sunshine, I can see approaching cars notice me and defer to my right of way all the time when this is on - especially as I go straight through a intersection and a car is waiting to turn left. This is a VERY dangerous situation for a cyclist and I'm confident this light has kept me safe in more than a few of those perilous crossings.

    HIGHLY recommended.

    I love the concept of the Raveman FR160 and it definitely serves its intended purpose. It's well designed, pretty lightweight and looks good on the bike. I install my Garmin on top of the Raveman and it's super convenient to be able to twist them together as a unit and charge them together. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and it does the job of making you more visible and feel safer on the road. It definitely works best as a safety light, not a show me the road light, but even so I just wish it was a bit brighter (300 lumens would be great) and perhaps had a longer battery life. Hopefully this will be addressed in future versions!

    Bought this for my gravel bike. I only ride during the day so I wanted a light that has great visibility, especially from the side. This is exactly what I'm looking for. I bought the dimmer of the two models but I can't imagine it needing to be any brighter on the flashing modes. Nice that it can be mounted above or below the Garmin mount.

    So glad that I took a chance and purchased the FR160, and not for reasons you might expect, as I did not purchase it initially for the light, as I already had a very good light, though the FR160 is superior. If you own a Garmin Edge computer and use the RTL515, and are unhappy with the level of the beep from your Edge, read on. BTW, the light looks great, in every aspect, including on my bike, and I am confident that it will perform as advertised.
    When I purchased my first Edge Explore three years ago I attached it to my bike with the included stem mount and rubber bands. The RTL515 and Edge were a great safety investment as I could hear the beep from my Edge, loud and clear. People 3 or 4 metres away commented on the loud beeps. The only problem with the Edge on my stem, was line of sight, so I bought a Garmin outfront mount. With the outfront mount, I could no longer hear the beeps. To shorten my story, after much experimentation, including riding with both a stem mount and outfront mount so that l could quickly swap my head unit back and forth under exact conditions, I have determined that the sound must bounce off of the metal stem, whereas it passes through the centre hole in the outfront mount. I have tried experiments like covering the hole with aluminum tape, that were unsuccessful. Today, I just completed a ride with my new FR160, to my complete satisfaction. I was a little skeptical with my FR160 order, as the FR160 is not metal, and I was afraid that the plastic would absorb or not be as reflective of the sound. The sound was plenty loud enough. Mission accomplished. And a nice clean cockpit as well! Happy days. Thanks for a great upgrade to my bike.

    Cela fait moins d'un an que je l'ai. Je ne l'ai pas utilisé souvent. À peine pour 5 sorties. Le bouton pour allumer la lumière ne fonctionne plus du tout. Il se met en charge sans jamais allumé la lumière verte, je vois toujours la rouge. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet article et je souhaite un remboursement complet.
