    I was a little skeptical about these at first after reading some reviews about people having stomach issues after taking these or having very little to no effect however when I tried this I noticed no side effects off the 300mg dosage so I upped it to 600mg and same thing so took 900mg and found that my anxiety stress and depression has almost been completely eliminated so i started taking 1200mg and must say this is better than any prescription pills I have taken

    Including medication such as Ritalin for my ADHD this medication is more effective than a controlled substance and unlike prescription drugs this herbal medicine actually has a lot of health benefits all around so not only is it beneficial to your body to take this stuff but also works so much better than prescription drugs and cheaper and get's delivered to your door simple easy cheap and works!

    If your body agrees with this medication your life will be changed after reaching the desired dosage do not follow the dosage instructions provided by the bottle always start with 300mg then move up until your satisfied with the dosage and increase it every 6 months as your body will build tolerance to this over time you can take up to 6000mg before needing to break for a month to reduce tolerance so just go on vacation for that time there should be no withdrawals when you discontinue but when you return start with 1300mg again and move up over time.

    Do not take blood pressure medications or NSAID or medications that induce Sedation/Drowsiness including alcohol the half life is 12 hours so the medication will remain in your system for 24 hours also do not consume if you have an auto-immune issue or heart problems. If you have a headache take Magnesium Bisglycinate 200mg instead of NSAIDS this drug is also an Anti-Inflammatory itself so it should auto treat headaches for 24 hours while on it i used to get headaches all the time but stopped once I started this medication.
