  I'm sure everyone doesn't get the same effect from everything, but this stuff has been a game changer for me. I got it mainly to reduce blood pressure...which it has. My pressure is now normal. The added benefits....sleep great, no more hot flashes, I'm calm....It's just amazing. I can't say enough about this stuff.
