Installation Procedure

Step 1

Insert attachment shaft housing into attachment hub,making certain that attachment power shaft firs into square attachment hub socket.

Step 2

Tighten attachment knob by turning clockwise until attachments is completely secured to stand mixer.Plug into proper electrical outlet.

Step 3

Put the plastic cover on the metal attachment.

Step 4

Put the meat into the meat tenderizer to tenderize the meat.
