This is now a staple in my pantry. The noodles have just the write chew and are so easy to prepare. Just sprinkle with water and microwave. I put them on top of pre-cooked chicken and vegetables. The only thing to keep in mind, they appear to be Japanese, but are actually made in China.

These premium, wheat vegan noodles are a fine base for all your Asian dishes.

For Ramen, I add these noodles to 2 cups of water and load it with spices and vegetables to make a gourmet, vegan Ramen that is bursting with flavour and nutrients.

I infuse the water with sliced mushrooms as I bring it to a gentle boil then then reduce the heat and add whatever I have available at the time.

I love that these are divided into two packets - It’s the perfect size for me. Once I add all my vegetables, my Ramen bowl is absolutely full and I can hardly finish it.

I am happy with my purchase, and I would absolutely buy these again.

On the back of these ramen noodles, it says that it comes from China. This needs to be stated in the product description. Chinese food safety standards are much lower than the United States and Canada. When inspecting imported food from China, the FDA has found unsafe additives, harmful pesticide residues, "filth," and potentially harmful residues leftover from veterinary drugs that were given to animals. While most of the imported food is probably "safe enough," there is no consistent and reliable way to know which foods are truly safe, and which aren't. Food from China just can't be trusted.

Ramen is a staple in my home, when we can't really think of what to make to entertain the kids but keep it healthy. Most of the ramen is incredibly high in fat. This one is one of the few that's lower fat without sacrificing the flavor. Parents can't always eat like the kids and yet, often we must. This one allows for a family meal enjoyed by all.

When kids accept a substitution, it's a relief and this one is a great substitute for the fried ramen.

They have a weird acidic taste or something, if you use them with something extremely flavorful you could maybe cover it up but I used it for ramen since that's the whole point of these and it no matter if I cooked and rinsed them before adding, they always had this super weird wack flavor.
