  These instant steamed noodles are ready in one minute. I am on a low salt diet due to health problems. These have only 240mg of sodium. Thats extremely low. They can be mixed with broth, veggies and seasonings. The cost is amazing making for very inexpensive meals. I LOVE these noodles.
