For Ramen, I add these noodles to 2 cups of water and load it with spices and vegetables to make a gourmet, vegan Ramen that is bursting with flavour and nutrients.
I infuse the water with sliced mushrooms as I bring it to a gentle boil then then reduce the heat and add whatever I have available at the time.
I love that these are divided into two packets - It’s the perfect size for me. Once I add all my vegetables, my Ramen bowl is absolutely full and I can hardly finish it.
