Vacuum Holding: Securely holds workpieces from as small as a 24mm coin to as large as a 90mm wooden block using a vacuum pump, saving time searching for a suitable clamp while preserving 100% of the engraving area.
Designed for Diverse Materials: Works with wood, acrylic, plastic, metal, etc., including irregularly shaped objects, as long as the side placed on the vacuum chuck is flat enough to cover the entire rubber sealing area. Note: Only one seal ring can be used at a time.
Universal CNC Compatibility: Equipped with M6 screws and M6 T-nuts, making it easy to mount on MDF/aluminum board with M6 screw holes or a hybrid table with a T-slot track. Compatible with Genmitsu CNC machines and most CNC routers on the market.
Durable Construction: Constructed from high-quality aluminum for superior strength. The vacuum pod surface is marked with a length scale for quick and accurate measurements.
Vacuum Connection: This vacuum pod kit must be used with a vacuum pump (not included). The package includes Φ6mm and Φ8mm air tubes, as well as Φ6mm to Φ8mm and Φ8mm to Φ10mm air hose connectors to fit most vacuum pump systems.

Sealing & Adsorption

The Genmitsu vacuum clamp pod uses vacuum adsorption to create a secure hold using a vacuum pump (not included). The sealing ring prevents air leakage, enhancing strong and stable suction for precise CNC engraving.

Wide Compatibility

Securely holds wood, bamboo, acrylic, plastic, metal, and more, with a clamping range from 24mm to 90mm. Comes with different seal ring sizes to accommodate various workpieces:

Φ24mm: For materials Φ24–Φ40mm

Φ40mm: For materials Φ40–Φ60mm

Φ60mm: For materials ≥Φ60mm

Φ95mm: For materials ≥79x79mm

Note: Only one seal ring can be used at a time.
