    I have been taking Evlution Nutrition L-Carnitine500 from few days, expecting it to live up to its promise of delivering a potent dose of 500mg of pure L-Carnitine per serving. While the product is indeed stimulant-free as advertised, I found that the energy boost it claims to provide fell short of my expectations.
    The supplement didn't provide the robust energy kick I was looking for to enhance my workout sessions. Moreover, I didn't notice a significant difference in my overall endurance or fat metabolism, two benefits often associated with L-Carnitine supplementation.
    On the positive side, the L-Carnitine in this product is indeed pure, and I appreciate the transparency about its content. Unfortunately, the taste also leaves something to be desired.
    Overall, I had higher expectations from Evlution Nutrition L-Carnitine500. It may work for others, but for me, it didn't quite hit the mark.

    I usually eat super clean foods and exercise regularly. However I’ve noticed lately that my body hit a peak and I was not losing weight/shredding properly at all!     I was looking for a non-stimulant pre-workout and to primarily help with weight loss and learned of L-Carnitine. After using this product for about 3 months I can honestly say it worked. However, there are some key things to know about how L-Carnitine works. Please keep in mind these are MY results from using L-Carnitine and so each person reacts differently. I am not a doctor and as with any supplement it's good to consult with your doctor if you want to include a supplement in your daily regimen.
    For Carnitine to be properly absorbed you have to raise your blood glucose level high enough for your body to properly absorb carnitine, usually with a fast-digesting carbohydrate. I had used this for almost two months without following that and although I did notice increased endurance during my workout, I really felt the heat after taking it with a carb about 30-45 minutes before my workout. Also, I started at the recommended dosage of 500 mg per dose to see how I would react to it. After 3 months I decided to raise my dosage to 1000 mg per dose pre-workout followed by a 500 mg post-workout dose. I did feel a slight positive effect after raising my dosage. I noticed my weight dropping at a healthy rate of 1-2 pounds/week in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise.
    I think everyone should research about how Carnitine works, how it gets absorbed, and responsible dosages before taking this product. I had ZERO side effects while using this product. Also note that this is "L-Carnitine L-Tartrate" which is a form of carnitine used for athletic performance. There are other forms of carnitine (e.g. Acetyl) which is also good for brain health. This is no magic pill but when used correctly alongside a healthy diet/exercise regimen, it'll definitely give you that boost and results you want.
