My wife and I have been using Evlution Nutrition CLA 1000 for several months. At 47 years young and 5’3” tall, she finds the product helpful for weight loss/maintenance of her body weight of approx. 115 lbs., she actually refers to the product as her “skinny pill” as it keeps her weight in check. I am a male, age 63, and have a history of lifting weights for 30+ years and have been using CLA off and on for approximately 20 years as a fat-burner. Now I use it to reduce unwanted body fat plus to increase my energy and endurance which is vitally important in my golden years. To date, my wife and I have bought numerous bottles EVL CLA 1000 180 Servings sharing each bottle to meet our individual needs. In addition, my wife has recommended the product to a few of her friends who do little or no exercise as a means to lose unwanted body fat. We even had long-time friends ask us to order them a bottle this evening following their visit and reading this review. Great Product… we will continue buying Evlution Nutrition CLA 1000 as it’s a great way to supplement our dietary needs.

    Ive been using this consistently for three weeks, i wanted to wait a bit before reviewing. I normally run 3-4 days a week but had to stop due to an injury. I will say that i did loose a few pounds so far but its hard to tell if its from these or combining with exercise. I believe if your super active and eat really well these would crush your weight goals. Ill report back after i finish my bottle. So far so good, no side effects, no weird after taste.

    Maybe it’s a placebo effect but I definitely notice a few changes to my overall health when I use this product. Taking it before meals I can control my eating habits better and avoid over eating. I’m not usually snacky afterwards either. You do sometimes burp and taste a nasty oil taste. It just happens randomly but you definitely don’t feel like snacking afterwards! So kinda a win. I take this product when cutting and to help lean out for the summer for a total of 4 supplements per day. I pair it with Carnatine and notice a definite different to my physic.
