  • Before making a purchase, please review the following considerations regarding fan compatibility:

Not compatible with fans with built-in remote control, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi systems; Not work with DC motor fans, exhaust fans, or smart lights; Supports a maximum ceiling fan load of 1.5A with 4 fan speed controls and a maximum light load of 150W for dimmable LED/CFL or 300W for incandescent bulbs.

  • Ensure your home's wiring meets the following requirements before purchasing our device:

5 essential wires required in the junction box for seamless replacement: neutral, fan load, light load, line, and ground wires; Ensure your home wiring has 2 separate wires for the fan and light on the old switch; Ensure your home wiring includes a neutral wire (homes built before 1978 may lack this); Designed for single-pole use (not suitable for 3-way switches).

  • Unable to Connect to Wi-Fi/APP.

Use the 2.4GHz frequency for network pairing, as our device does not support 5GHz. Check your router's manual or contact the manufacturer if unsure about switching to 2.4GHz. Additionally, avoid connecting to public Wi-Fi networks; Network pairing must be completed within 3 minutes, re-pairing is necessary if this time is exceeded; Ensure strong WiFi coverage and a stable network signal; Use Wi-Fi details without special symbols ('=&<>"" {}). Double-check accuracy and remove trailing spaces; Confirm that the correct Wi-Fi password has been entered.

  • The ceiling fan switch won't turn on or off, and it always shows incorrect status on the APP.

If your device is installed outside the range of your WiFi router or in an area with weak WiFi signals, you may encounter this problem. Try installing it in a location with strong WiFi coverage; If the device remains offline, consider re-pairing it. Refer to the user manual or contact our support team for guidance; Ensure your ceiling fan is not a smart fan, as our switch is not compatible with fans already equipped with smart functionality.

  • Dimming or Flickering Light Issues.

Ensure the connected light is dimmable for proper brightness adjustment; Explore the 3 alternative dimming modes in the App; Resolve compatibility issues by using 1-2 dimmable lights from different brands.
