My only complaint was lack of assembly instructions, luckily the images on the seller's page make it easy to figure out, I would have thought though for the cost some instructions would have been included. I also have my T bars installed "backwards" if you go by the manufacture's photos, I find this way the bars rest better on the vinyl siding without having the metal digging into the siding, I have not seen any difference using it on the roof having the padded handles installed this way. They have allowed me to get closer to the job, while still staying far enough from the wall to work comfortably.
