Relatively creamy and smooth, the Califia Farms Oat Milk froths nicely and works well in coffee. My girlfriend uses it with our Nespresso frother, sometimes if I use it I just shake hard and pour it in. While we enjoy it, it鈥檚 definitely on the expensive side and contains gums, which we鈥檙e trying to avoid. It鈥檚 a solid option, but for the price I鈥檒l keep looking at other brands.
