  The media could not be loaded.

  Main flashlight will function. Side part will NOT turn off
  
  Single tap changes main light. Hold 2-3 seconds turns off main light.
  
  Double tap, turns on and changes side light. Double tap does NOT turn side light off.
  
  Side light had brief smoke issue when turning on for a split second. Thought it was dust at first.
  
  The side light ONLY turns off when the battery is removed as per video.
  
  It will turn immediately back on when battery circuit works.
  
  Trying to do troubleshoot to return and it's not letting me return or replace.
  
  Unit is defective and will not turn off, which itself could be a fire hazard.
  
  Please fix asap!!!!
