Unfortunately something went recently wrong as the leaves started turning yellow and wilting. We were newbie and didn鈥檛 have any experience growing Venus flytrap. However some online research suggested that it might help by switching to another growing medium. So when we saw this soil mix specially designed for it, we were eager to give it a try. It turned out that we had made the right decision and the soil mix was the right fix. We repotted the flytrap with this new soil mix once we received the delivery a few weeks back. The frytrap was slowly recovering and stopped wilting. The Plant King Premium Carnivorous Plant Soil Mix contains a well blend of peat moss, sphagnum, perlite, and silica sand. The mix helps retain moisture well while provides enough drainage for the root. We are absolutely happy to see that the flytrap is growing again, thanks to this premium soil mix which saved its life !
