  Very comfortable to sit on and rest your arms on.
  Easy to install but only the arm rests have any method of attachment not that I've noticed the seat pad moving around any.
  Not sure what makes it 100% medical grade but I like the fact that it can be washed as it is much easier to wash this than my office chair I have it on. My cats also love this. They didn't used to sit in my chair when it was empty but now they do. I've seen them rolling around on it too so it must smell or just feel good to them.
