The coloured pencils have a very silky, soft-touch, velvety, smooth finish with beautiful bright vibrancy, and the astonishing part, they DON鈥橳 break in the core of their protective wooden cases around each pencil, nor does the core colour splinter apart when pressing down, and no unusual mixed pigments either, they are a bit harder, but in no way affecting the quality of the colour meaning they take longer to wear down leaving you more time to draw then sharpening, giving you the very best in your result, especially while shading and blending lightly or heavily captivating all the hues of the colours and making it easy to layer while giving so much more colour in one pencil. That鈥檚 not all, the 鈥減ackaging鈥 you are provided with is a fantastic protective case where each pencil is individually held.
