  1st - it arrived almost right away.
  2nd - was super easy to line up and install.
  3rd - built VERY well.
  4th - easy to use.
  5th - built large enough to create a cavity on either side of the mount to insert recessed media wall plate to conceal wires.
  6th - when folded into its collapsed state, wires have room to move as well.
  7th - zero pinch points.
  
  Overall, probably the best mount I've ever bought.
