  Having previously purchased Dyson products, I felt confident buying this machine. I understand you can get a lemon and this was it! The machine has never picked up a single peice of dirt. Furthermore Dyson (despite 2 phone calls) and a lengthy letter, have not stood by their product. VERY disappointed.
