Natural factors is a reputable brand so I have no doubt of the quality of this product. I take glutamine mainly because I find it helps with my sensitive stomach but also because of the reported benefits to muscle recovery. I notice my stomach isn't nearly as sensitive and it helps with gas. Muscle recovery benefits are less noticeable to me. My container had an expiry date more than 3 years out which is great.
