  Overall I am happy with this product that I installed late Summer 2021. There are a couple of points. In reading the fine print of the warranty it says that it will be voided if not installed by a certified electrician! I did the installation myself to save some money and if I had to hire an electrician for the electrical part I would have been better off paying for the whole installation. I just hope I do not have to battle this with OVO's support if any part ever fails during the warranty period.
  Second, the hose has had some faulty start a couple of times already. I am still watching this for reocurrence. There is no issue with the hose valve connectors I installed (I have tested them again), there seems to be an intermitent issue (maybe faulty wiring) inside the hose....
