  First time I dove with this light after turning it on and off a few times it would not shut off. Had to wait until the battery drained completely down. then when plugged it in to charge it, it lit up again and stayed on. Unfortunately it was a few weeks after I bought it before I was in the water with it so is passed the one month return date. Says it is good for 165 feet - was only at 50 feet.
