  This kit has all the tools you need to make sour dough bread. All of the pieces seem to be high quality and well made.
  There are lots of videos out there that show how to use the tools and successfully make your bread.
  The kit has a few extras like stencils for decorating the top and a thermometer tape for the starter jar.
  The rattan proofing baskets are very well made and should last if taken care of. The silicon slings are also of good quality.
