- Reviewed in Canada on July 12, 2021According to the documentation, this product has a 3-4 day set time to be tack free and 7 days for full cure. The room temperature has to be between 24 and 27 degrees C.
However, I have been removing my projects from molds after 2 to 3 days. The exposed side hardens to a nice glossy shine. The mold faces are glossy as well. Once I adjusted for the set time, it hasn’t been a concern.
Some small bubbles have only appeared deep down in the casting and were hardly noticeable. I had no problem with surface bubbles at all.
My room temperature was typically in the low 20s most of the time with no noticeable effect on the set time. It seems to have very little odour once mixed and poured.
I have ordered the same resin again.
