  This tab phone is perma locked to AT&T and cannot be unlock by any means. Inserting a Canadian SIM card will allow data, but phone dialer and SMS app are AT&T branded and cannot be bypassed. Bootloader is also perma locked and cannot be bypassed even through hardware hack
